- Clear and relevant "look and feel"
Both play a fundamental role in appealing to and maintaining your target audience.
As part of our initial consultation, we will discuss your current branding, guidelines, target audience, vision, likes and dislikes to form an overall picture of the "look and feel". We will also discuss the website content and any future requirements to build the most appropriate navigation structure. This could include such options as drop-down menus, a keyword search and breadcrumb trails as well as the incorporation of your branding into a customised look.
This information will then be used to design a series of mock-ups, the first stage of website development.
Our key criteria and objectives for website design are:
- Providing a highly professional, consistent look throughout
- A user friendly, easy to navigate site with fast download times
- Optimised for a minimum screen resolution of 800 x 600, for version 5.5 browsers upwards
- Allowing the site to be easily scalable in the future
- Enquiry forms to request further information or provide feedback/comments
- Enabling the client to update and manage website content independently
